Break out of my shell

I want to break out of my shell. I talked with girls ( Lei, Alex, Masako, and Shiho ) tonight, then I realized that it is important to try to talk to a man who I'm interested in such as IKEA guy. Alex and Masako said to me " don't think a lot!!". They are right...I believe I can change...no!  I have to change!!!
